Return & Refund Policy

Last Updated: 1st July 2026

This Return & Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, refunds, prescriptions, and shipped products are handled by Trust Health.

By using our website, booking a consultation, purchasing a service, or submitting an intake form, you agree to this policy.

Telehealth Services

Trust Health provides access to online healthcare consultations, treatment evaluation, prescription-related services when medically appropriate, and related administrative support.

Payment for a consultation, visit, membership, program, or treatment plan does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. All treatment decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers based on medical judgment, your health history, eligibility, and applicable laws.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are charged for the time, review, and clinical evaluation provided by a licensed healthcare provider.

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your intake, completed a consultation, or started the medical evaluation process.

If you miss your scheduled appointment or fail to provide required information before your visit, your consultation fee may be non-refundable.

Prescription Approval Is Not Guaranteed

Submitting an intake form, completing payment, or booking a consultation does not guarantee approval for medication.

A provider may determine that treatment is not appropriate based on your health history, medication use, allergies, lab results, contraindications, state restrictions, or other clinical factors.

If you are not approved for treatment, Trust Health may refund eligible medication-related charges that have not yet been sent to a pharmacy, processed, or fulfilled.

Medication Orders

Once a prescription or medication order has been sent to a pharmacy, processed, compounded, dispensed, shipped, or prepared for fulfillment, it generally cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

For patient safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned for reuse or resale after they have been dispensed or shipped.

No Returns on Prescription Medications

We do not accept returns of prescription medications, compounded medications, temperature-sensitive products, opened products, used products, or products that have left the pharmacy or fulfillment facility.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Prescription medications.
  • Compounded medications.
  • Injectable medications.
  • Oral medications.
  • Peptides or hormone-related prescriptions, where applicable.
  • Temperature-sensitive products.

Products shipped directly from a pharmacy or pharmacy partner.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or appears to have been compromised during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your full name.
  • Order number, if available.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the package, product, label, and any damage.

We will review the issue and work with the pharmacy, shipping provider, or fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the situation, the resolution may include replacement, reshipment, pharmacy review, shipping claim, account credit, or another appropriate action.

Shipping Delays

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to pharmacy processing times, provider review, weather, carrier delays, holidays, supply availability, address issues, or other factors outside our control.

Trust Health is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or failure to retrieve a package after delivery.

If your package is delayed, please contact us so we can help review the status and coordinate with the appropriate partner when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

If you provide an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address, we may not be able to refund or replace the order once it has been processed, shipped, or delivered.

Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel a consultation or service before your appointment or before the provider review process begins.

Cancellation requests should be sent to:

Email: support@trusthealth.us

If your request is received before the consultation, review, prescription processing, or pharmacy fulfillment begins, we may issue a refund or partial refund depending on the status of the order.

Once clinical review, provider consultation, prescription processing, pharmacy preparation, or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be available.

Subscription or Recurring Plans

If Trust Health offers subscription-based services, recurring treatment plans, or membership billing, you may cancel future renewals by contacting us before your next billing date.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed, services already provided, or medication orders already submitted for fulfillment.

To cancel a recurring plan, contact:

Email: support@trusthealth.us

Please allow sufficient time before your renewal date for your cancellation request to be processed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution.

Trust Health does not control bank processing times after a refund has been issued.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed consultations.
  • Missed appointments.
  • Provider review fees.
  • Administrative fees.
  • Prescription medications that have been processed, prepared, dispensed, or shipped.
  • Compounded medications.
  • Temperature-sensitive products.
  • Services already provided.
  • Orders delayed due to incorrect customer information.
  • Orders delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may affect your ability to continue using Trust Health services.
